The types of selected mining machines must be approved for use by the Czech Mining Authority before the first use in underground.

When issuing this permit, the Czech Mining Authority also stipulates which selected mining machines are subject to regular tests.

The Czech Mining Authority will determine the tests and submit the expert opinions required for the issuance of the permit; the tests will be ensured by  the person applying for the permit.

You are an organization that intends to apply for the first use of a new type of selected underground mining machine.

If necessary, bring a new type of machine into use underground. 

Service settlement

What you need if you are using this service

The application must be submitted in paper form.

The application shall be accompanied by a description of the new type of machine and a description of the conditions under which the new type of machine is to be used for the first time.

Submissions to the Czech Mining Authority can be made by post to its address, in person at the filing office or orally to the minutes at its registered office.

How much will you pay

An administrative fee of CZK 500 is paid for the issuance of a permit.
