Motorway toll exemptions for road transport vehicles with four or more wheels and a maximum permissible weight of 3.5 tonnes.

Some vehicles are exempt automatically, and some vehicles are subject to mandatory registration with the State Fund for Transport Infrastructure.

This applies to you if

Exemption from the requirement of a vignette applies, for example, to vehicles running exclusively on electric energy or hydrogen, vehicles transporting a person who holds a ZTP disability card or a ZTP/P disability card issued in the Czech Republic, vehicles used to transport dependent children who are being treated for cancer or haemoblastosis, vehicles with a special registration mark and a historic vehicle certificate, and other vehicles.

What you need if you are using this service

To register, you must send a completed form, including the relevant attachments listed below:

• a power of attorney granted by the vehicle operator with their officially verified signature, if the operator is not the notifier;
• for vehicles that are not registered in Czechia – a copy of the registration certificate of the road vehicle or other similar document proving that the reason for the exemption is fulfilled, if the vehicle uses only electric energy or hydrogen as fuel.
