At the request of the organization, the Czech Mining Authority may give its consent to deviate from the technical requirement set out in the implementing legal regulation for mining activities and activities performed in a mining manner.

The condition is that a sufficient level of safety and health at work and operational safety, as well as other conditions, are determined.

Written request in a paper form. The application has a free form. 

The application must also be accompanied by reasons for granting consent and a proposal for alternative measures to ensure safety and health at work and operational safety.
