The inspection process is governed by the inspection order; which contains specific correctional institutes.

Objections can be filed against the control findings. Objections to the inspection findings stated in the inspection protocol may be submitted to the inspection authority by the inspected person within 15 days from the date of delivery of the inspection protocol, unless a longer period is specified in the inspection protocol.

Objections are submitted in writing, they must be clear about which control finding they are directed against, and must contain a justification for disagreeing with this control finding.
