Under certain conditions stipulated by law, the Ministry of the Interior can initiate residence permit revocation proceedings. The Ministry can rightfully revoke your permit if, for example: 

• you apply for revocation,
• you have been finally convicted for a purposeful commitment of a criminal offence,
• you do not fulfil the purpose of residence for which you have been granted a residence permit.

You can appeal against the decision within 15 days of the delivery of the decision. You can file the appeal in person or send it by mail (or electronically) to the given office of the MOI CR or to the head office of the MOI.
