Where and how to solve this service
You must apply for a permanent residence permit in person at a Ministry of the Interior office.

How much will you pay
You will pay a fee of 2 500 CZK, for persons under 15 years of age CZK 1 000.
The administrative fee must be paid by credit card at a Ministry of the Interior office.

What is the benefit of this service
You will receive a permanent residence permit and your status will be similar to that of a Czech citizen in many aspects. You will be issued with a permanent residence card, which is issued for 10 years (for persons under 15, only for 5 years). The card can be renewed afterwards, even repeatedly.
Appeal options
You can appeal against the decision within 15 days of the delivery of the decision. You can file the appeal in person or send it by mail (or electronically) to the given office of the MOI CR or to the head office of the MOI.
