Submission of the Annual Report on the Activities of the Foreign higher education institution

Main information

A foreign higher education institution registered for information obligations must prepare and submit an annual report on its activities in the Czech Republic to the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. 

This applies to you if

  • You are a European foreign higher education institution, or
  • a non-European foreign higher education institution 
and you provide higher education in the Czech Republic yourself or through a domestic legal entity.

When to use this service

The annual report on the activities of the relevant calendar year must be sent no later than the end of April of the following calendar year.

What you need if you are using this service

You need an annual report that includes:

  • an overview of the activities carried provided during the calendar year,
  • the framework results of the evaluation of the higher education activities,
  •  changes to internal regulations and changes to the higher education institution bodies that occurred during the year,

What is the benefit of this service

Sanctions

If you do not submit an annual report on your activities to the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, the Ministry may penalise you up to CZK 500,000.
