An unusual situation has occurred in your organic business that prevents you from fully complying with organic business conditions.

Whenever there is a situation that forces you to apply for one of the exemptions.
Service settlement
What you need if you are using this service
A written application that may be in a free form but must include your identification data, including your company ID number, your control organisation, a description of the specific exemption you are applying for, and your signature.
However, we do provide forms for all available exemptions on the website of the Ministry of Agriculture.
Additional information on specific exemptions can be obtained from Methodological Instruction 6/2021, which you can also find on the website of the Ministry of Agriculture.

You can submit a written application in person at the mailroom at the address:

How much will you pay
There is an administrative fee of CZK 1 000 for all organic farming exemptions that can be applied for from the Ministry of Agriculture.
This is not the case for the exemption due to catastrophic events, which is exempt from the administrative fee.
